Join us for the next session in our Wellness Workshops series!
On Friday, October 25, we’ll gather at Park Avenue Community Center to participate in a Tai Chi Chih session led by Nancy Daniel.
Check-in begins at 1:15 PM, with the session starting at 1:30 PM, followed by light refreshments. Space is limited to 20 participants, and reservations are required. There’s no fee to reserve your spot!

What is Tai Chi Chih

Tai Chi Chih is a gentle, non-martial variation of traditional Tai Chi that emphasizes relaxation, balance, and mindfulness. Unlike traditional Tai Chi, which includes martial arts elements, Tai Chi Chih focuses solely on health and well-being through simple, flowing movements. It’s nonviolent, easy to learn, and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels, making it an ideal practice for stress relief, improved circulation, and overall wellness.
