Swarthmore Historic South Trail

Join us on Friday, May 23, as we take a tour of historic houses in the central and southern portions of Swarthmore following a trail created by our very own Swarthmore Seniors a few years ago. We will follow the map called the Historic South Walking Tour.

The trail covers 2 miles, on sidewalks (except for a few street crossings), no hills, and the degree of difficulty is “no sweat”. We will use the map for descriptions of the architecture and information on past residents as we go along.

We will leave from the Swarthmore town clock (near the train station) at 10:30 am.
