Strength, Balance & Flexibility Workshop

Seniors need to improve strength, balance, and flexibility because losing muscle strength affects balance. All three combine to help in preventing falls.
Join us on Friday (1:30 pm – 3pm) as Judy MacRone (from Penn State Ext) leads this workshop.
Judy is a graduate of West Chester University, majoring in physical education.
Judy taught 3 years HS. 14 years K-8 in a private school, 14 years full time educator at Penn State University, and 25 years part time at Penn State, 9 of which were for the Strong Women/LIFT programs for seniors.
