“Update on Swarthmore”- Bill Webb, Swarthmore Borough Manager, makes his annual visit to our Lunch & Learn. We will hear an update on borough issues. Then Bill will answer our questions!
Shirley and Cindi are preparing lunch this week along with dessert and beverages.
