Session Two: Information Gathering
Thursday, April 23 from 1-3pm
Does your family know your passwords/codes to your online accounts, phone, access to your safety deposit box? Do you have difficulty having a family discussion about these issues?
Swarthmore Seniors and the PAC Center are collaborating on a series of FREE sessions that focus on how you can put your affairs in order and be able to talk to your family about your decisions. Barbara Sorin will facilitate; Barbara has had extensive experience helping families as hospital chaplain, counselor, and facilitator of grief and caregiver support groups
Session Two will cover Information Gathering that your family needs regarding:
- Financial assets
- Computer and cell phone information
- Credit cards
- Medical information
- Important documents
- Funeral arrangements
