Trip to Reading Terminal Market, via SEPTA train

We’ll take our shopping bags and appetites and hop on the Media local at the Swarthmore station for a trip into Philadelphia to visit the Reading Terminal Market. It’s one of America’s largest and oldest public markets, housed since 1893 in the same National Historic Landmark building.

We’ll have about an hour and a half for shopping and dining at the nearby historic Reading Terminal Market. Lots of choices here: the Market has about 75 merchants.
